I lived here with a roommate. We both had the same problem. The managers were never around when you needed them. My roommate and I often would hold bets to see how long it would take us to be able to pay the rent. They were either never home or never answered their door. We always had to go to a laundry mat as the laundry rooms were constantly locked and never opened up on time. Very inconvenient to say the least. The parking was ridiculous. They don't hold the same rules for themselves as they hold for everybody else. Just because they are "managers" doesn't make them God. I'll never live there again.

One year living here was more than enough. You would think it's convenient to have the people you pay rent to live at the same building as you, but for some insane reason, they don't have a drop box and they MAKE you come in during their operating hours to pay them in person (monday - friday, 9am - 5pm, Sat, 9am -12pm). Even that would be ok, but they're frequently unavailable during those hours without apology, and as a result you have to schedule time and hope to get lucky and find them...and forget about them ever answering their door when they're home outside of their listed hours. The apartments themselves are kept up to minimum standards by the owners, and don't expect more than 15 hours notice if they decide they want to have a look inside to see if there are leaky sinks or showers the next day, and they WILL let themselves in. Parking is also annoying. There are more than enough spaces for cars, but they allow broken down cars to sit in spots all over the lot. As a result, at night after 11 or so, plan on making your own spot because there won't be one available. To top that off, the apartment managers ALWAYS park their car in the same place, taking up two spots with one small car for no reason at all. They state in the lease that no dogs larger than 20 lbs are allowed on the premises, but the apartment managers have a 60 pound dog. Other people with small dogs regularly let them relieve themselves on grass and walkways and rarely clean it up. It's gross. The lease states that cats aren't allowed outdoors without their owners, but you can count on many 2am cat fights to wake you up throughout your stay. Lastly, don't expect to get a dollar back from your security deposit. I'm still fighting to get mine back. They kept it all because of a small tear on their crappy moldy carpet that they said needed to be completely replaced, not just in the room it happened in, but in the entire apartment. It's insane. Simply a terrible experience from start to finish.
Pros: Inexpensive, walk-in closet in an otherwise tiny apartment, convenient to sehome plaza
Cons: Moronic management, Laundry facilities often kept locked past 11am on weekends, terrible overall

I lived at the Suncourt Apartments and moved out last year. It's very inconvenient to live at. First of all, the managers never answer their phone if there is a problem. I've been locked out numerous times and instead of opening up my apartment for me, they refused to answer their door because it was after hours. So I had to crash at a friend's house or go through the window. When they left out of town, they never assigned anybody in charge so if there was a problem, there was nobody to turn to. As far as I know the owner doesn't even care about the place as I never met him or even knew his name the whole time I lived there. I could never do my laundry because the laundry room was NEVER opened up before 11am Mon-Fri and on the weekends? No chance. They are nice, but don't seem to enjoy their job as they weren't very good at it. If you didn't pay your rent on time, they would make you pay a late fee, but time and time again I ran across the problem where I could never get anybody to answer the door in order to accept the check. And since there wasn't anybody else assigned in charge that I ever knew of, I had to put my life on hold in order to wait for somebody to come home or open the door. I had a full time job and I was a part time student. I didn't need that kind of stress all the time, consequently I moved out. It may be cheaper than anywhere else in town and now you know why. I'd rather pay more money if it means better service.
Pros: Good location by a high school, college, gas station, grocery stores and fast food
Cons: laundry facility never opened on time, managers never available for anything
