Just wanted to let you know about a store we just found in Mount Vernon. My husband and I moved to the town about two years ago. When we wer ready to remodel our kitchen I wanted a new coffee maker and toaster for it. I went to Macy's but they were out of stock. My neighbor suggested trying Gretchens. What a find. Not only did I buy what I needed, but they have special ordered stuff for me when I couldn't find what I am looking for. This store is a great resource for the community. Better yet, they have a big sale in May and Oct. to help you get those things you normally can't afford.
