For the dazed and confused people telling untruths.. The shop your posting about is out of buisness. The shop you left the post on doesnt have PEOPLE"S working its just 1 person in all. The ones your speaking about were 3 blocks down next to a bar and he went to jail for alot of the reasons you posted. Please correct yourselves and post accordingly. As for the lady with the laptop that ruined her christmas. I remember you. You tryied to scam a student from the college with that laptop of yours. He got so scared he almost gave you his personal laptop Until I walked in and ran the serials on your laptop that was NOT brand new. Actualy it was 6 Years old IBM thinkpad with a 1.2 gig intel that had be soaked with water. I asked you to leave you did not I called the police. People have alot of nerve these days
Pros: I know my AMD and thats what this shops about

Destroyed my laptop and would not make it right. Threatened to call police on me because I didn't want to pay for his frying my motherboard. Said they could not save my data from my hard drive because their equipment was broke! Does not provide any warranty and laughed at me when I asked about it. Told me to take them to court. All around bad experience. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place.
Pros: Absolutely Nothing
Cons: Poor quality, rude and threatening behavior, bad place!

Completely inadequate when it comes to computer repair. Poor knowledge, inept employees, horrible customer service. These folks will take your money without making the repairs they said they would. They ended up causing more damage to my computer and then told me it was not their problem, computers die eventually. Nice. They also have a stock of completely overpriced accessories that you can find way cheaper at Wal-Mart. I don't know how they manage to stay in business.

Cons: service, quality, prices
