I have to admit I have lived here for nearly four years. Unfortunately, I went to another salon for three of them only becuase they sold the products i've come to love. However, after a disatorous cut from another local shop I was referred to Visions. I couldn't be any more happier with any other salon I have ever been to. Kerry is amazing at cutting hair, Holly is great with pedicures and Amy gives a very relaxing facial. I am sad I have to move shortly, becuase I will greatly miss this amazing salon.

I've been to Visions once, and had my hair done to Belinda, the owner. The cut was decent, and she was really fast (out in 45 min). But the WHOLE TIME she was talking to her employees, giving them directions of where to put products, taking/making phone calls. It was annoying. I didn't feel like I had her full attention. When she is cutting hair she needs to be the stylist and focus on the customer, not everyone else in the shop and how her business is running.

Pros: Nice decor

Cons: Poor service

We just moved to the area from California and I was looking for a nice place to have my hair done, nails. I was actually just going to check it out first. Well the first impression when I walked it was welcomed. They are very warm and friendly. Ricky the manager was awesome! Great customer service! The stylist that did my hair listened to what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. Well trained staff. I can not wait for my family to come visit us here so we can go and have an all day girls day. I would recomend anyone and all to go to Visions!

Pros: Great Customer Service!

Cons: None that I can think of.

If you've never gone to Visions Hair Studio then you're really missing out. I just went there and I got my toes and nails done and the girl did a REALLY great job. She shaped them just right, and I got to pick the color and the places that I've gone before didn't have that many choices of finger nail polish but Visions had all sorts of colors. They stay late for you if you need and they make sure that you're happy with their work. The employees are fantastic and really helpful. They also have hair product there that you can buy and it's works wonders in my hair.

Pros: The workers and their skill

Cons: Nothing.

going to visions is like going on vacation. all of the workers are well educated and me and my friends love going there and getting our nails done together. they have "princess for a day" and "queen for a day" which is a wonderful package. its just great!

This is the best spa in whidbey, the workers are all really nice and it is relativly cheap. You can get your hair colored and highlighted for $100. The best thing is the pedicure cahirs which are these big overstuffed comfy airchairs. The another good thing is they stay open later than other places in whidbey.

I have been going to Visions Hair Studio for the past 4 years and I love everybody that works there. Visions has been voted the number one salon in 2004 and again this year in 2005. There are many services that the salon offers so you don't have to go anywhere else. They offer all hair services (even ethnic hair), massage, nails, facials, tanning, and even spa packages. They also have gift certificates which would make the perfect gift for a loved one. Visions is what I consider another home away from home. The employees really take pride in their work and they take the time to make sure that you get what you came for. I would suggest going to this Salon & Spa at least once just for the experience. You won't regret it :)

We booked a spa day for myself and five of my friends. They were all very accomodating and had snacks and drinks waiting for us!! They all worked very hard on us and we were very much at home. The overall experience was beyond what we were expecting. The Spa was very clean and orderly and the people were kind and generous. Thank You Visions'!!!

Pros: Decor, Personable Staff, Service Variety

I went to this place twice for a massage and both times I was treated badly. The owner refused to handle my problem because she was outside smoking and didn't want to be bothered. I highly recommend not going to this place.

Cons: bad customer service, rude manager
