My girlfriend got her nails done here and came back unsatisfied. She told me that the person doing her nails was distracted by the T.V. and every customer that walked in. The lady also poked at her crossed leg with a nail file and told her to put it down. Also, when she first went in, they asked her if she was Vietnamese, and upon answering "no", they went back to doing their work and speaking to each other in Vietnamese. The woman doing her nails also kept shaking/pulling on her arm rudely in order to tell her to relax her hand. etc. ... The next day, we went back to ask for a REFUND, she gave us the refund, DID NOT APOLOGIZE and DEMANDED that we never come back. This shop should be out of business by the rate that their going,..... BEWARE!
Pros: NONE!
Cons: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR ATTITUDE, ETC.
